The heart of the Gold Coast

Bundall, the city centre of the Gold Coast only continues to grow, expand and diversify as the Commonwealth Games quickly approach.

Bundall is all about location, easy access to private schools, hospitals and the sought after Gold Coast beaches. Located only a short drive from popular shopping centres, including Robina Town Centre and the $760 million redevelopment of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

The region is known for its retail and commercial outlets, including Domain, Harvey Norman and numerous businesses both small and large. Bundall is often under sold because of this. A major proportion of Bundall is actually residential and only a small section is made up of multi dwellings.

Both dry land holdings and waterfront residential properties with main river and canal access can all be found in Bundall. This diversifies the opportunities for new residents looking to purchase property in the region.

The Art Centre is the premier cultural hub of the Gold Coast. Bringing many visual and performing arts elements to residents of South-East Queensland. Anything from comedy shows to live music and cinematic experiences are all offered at the Art Centre. Many schools also utilise this precinct for school concerts, allowing you to watch your children perform in a professional enviornment.

Surrounding shopping centres include Benowa Gardens, Southport Park and the local Sorrento Shopping Centre found in the heart of Bundall. As well as the new Isle of Capri retail precinct.

What other suburb on the Gold Coast has all of this? Have I missed something?
