A common question I get as a real estate agent, surprising to everyone is how well the the housing market has been, especially in the last half of our most memorable year that being 2020.

Waterfront homes have been selling like hot cakes, demand is still high for quality locations, and listings on the market are lower than normal for this time of year. I see the Gold Coast going from strength to strength and why wouldn’t it, living the dream lifestyle is not hard and perfect when you can work from home like so many of us have been forced to experience.
